A client told us this story at the end of class recently.

She’s never been comfortable in a bathing suit in public, but she was brave and took off the cover-up at a pool party.
Her husband — 79 years old — looked at her and said ‘wow.’ 😍

She went on to say, “Even in your 70’s you can make a change” and credited her confidence in that moment to Pilates.

We credit her for showing up. 💙
