Flavors:
Asfodelo: (Asphodel) an extraordinarily elegant, rare mono-floral honey from the nectar of the Asphodelus microcarpus (King's Spear), a wild, resilient lily-like plant with star-shaped white blossoms that blankets the uncultivated, arid hills of Sardinia.

Castagno: (Chestnut) a bold, intensely aromatic mono-floral honey harvested in mid-summer from chestnut forests; Because of its low sugar profile and complex undertones, it is highly favored by those who prefer savory flavors over pure sweetness.

Corbezzolo: (Strawberry Tree) affectionately dubbed Miele Amaro (Bitter Honey),
it's one of the rarest, most expensive, and exclusive honeys in the world.
It is harvested in late autumn from the delicate white blossoms of the Arbutus unedo(strawberry tree).

Erica Arborea: (Tree Heather) a rare, highly artisanal unifloral honey.
Strong, persistent, and moderately sweet. It is a heavy, deeply satisfying honey.

Eucalipto: (Eucalyptus) is one of Italy's most celebrated and comforting summer honeys. Strong, persistent, and deeply savory. It breaks away from typical honey profiles by introducing a noticeably salty undertone.

Millefiori: (Wildflower) Bright, floral, and intensely sweet. It's an incredibly diverse, artisanal honey that captures the absolute essence of the island's
untamed Mediterranean landscape (macchia mediterranea). Unlike mono-floral honeys that rely on a single plant, millefiori "thousand flowers", is crafted by
bees gathering nectar from dozens of wild botanical species simultaneously

Sulla: highly prized, mono-floral honey produced from the nectar of the wild
Sulla plant (Hedysarum coronarium) which grows naturally across the hilly, clay-rich soils of the Mediterranean scrub.

Trifoglio: (Clover) is a delicate, highly elegant unifloral honey from the
wild-growing clover blossoms (Trifolium) that sweep across the uncultivated hills and volcanic plateaus of central and southern Sardinia.
