is really starting to become a destination for track and field athletes to continue their training in a beautiful setting! Just over the last few weeks with all of the spring break athletes coming to town we had a High Jumper from Illinois, five college D-1 athletes from Wake Forest, the national champion Discus Thrower from LSU and just yesterday we even got a Discus Thrower from Canada!

Reach out to us anytime to set up a mini clinic, where you can work on any event in Track and field, including Pole Vault with some great local coaches at a great facility in some great weather near some great beaches!

Bubble Time will now be a part of our great Mud Run / Obstacle Race coming to Boca Raton in February 1!
they do amazing things with bubbles that kids of all ages will love! And it makes for a great pre-race picture station!

Trying to stay active and healthy!
Coaches should never slow down, we should workout and train and play sports just like we encourage our athletes / clients to do!
5 in a row baby, still got it!
And how great is it that I get an hour or so every day to do something active that I enjoy in 75 degree weather in early January!!??

The first JAVELIN training session of the season was great!
We worked on 1. Block position 2. Cross over step 3. Hip strength
Message us today to start training for all track and field events, we are only 1 month away from the start of the season.
We train right here in Naples so it’s perfect for anyone in Southwest Florida but also a perfect opportunity for anyone up north to take a couple of days vacation in the beautiful weather while learning proper technique in your event!

She’s a 6th grader who has never hurdled before but wanted my opinion and what would be her best event in track and I think it’s going to be Hurdles!

Over 30 years of training track and field athletes, we have worked with every level imaginable from five years old to 82 years old and sometimes we get really lucky when we get to train a phenomenal athlete in this case a D-1 High Jumper who is also a fantastic person.
This past summer, we worked with Abby on her High Jump and it was super productive. Her technique has improved dramatically, and we are so excited to see her perform this spring!
She is a super nice kid and a great athlete and we are lucky to work with such great people.

And make sure to take a look at the third video where we work on improving her technique, obviously she was already a fantastic High Jumper, but the big issue she had, which is very common and High Jumper is not having enough negative lean and jumping into the bar and you can see how much she improved through that video analysis.

Congratulations to one of our clients, JP is such a hard worker that he literally comes all the way to Naples Florida to visit his grandparents and does extra work with us to improve his Javelin technique! That’s how you get better! Good luck to him at Lehigh University. It’s a great place. He’ll do extremely well there.

Here’s two videos that show a great progression of how to teach an athlete to drive their opposite knee and opposite arm off the board during long jump and to really rip the board. She is actually the best freshman Jumper in the entire state of Florida this past year, but can still use some improvement on knee drive and body posture off the board.
