This body has carried me through an autoimmune disease, years of performing, thousands of hours teaching, business ownership, motherhood, and more challenges than most people will ever see.

Yet if I'm honest, body dysmorphia still whispers in my ear alot.
It tells me I'm not lean enough. Not strong enough. Not young enough.

The truth? Most of us are looking at ourselves through a harsher lens than anyone else ever will.

I don't lift weights regularly. I don't do cardio. My nutrition isn't perfect. Some days my joints hurt.

Some days I feel unstoppable.
That's why I wanted to do the Evolt scan.

Not to chase perfection. To gather data.
To see if the story I've been telling myself matches reality.

Spoiler Alert ⚠️ it doesn't.... maybe i should believe Prince Eric when he tells me I have a rock hard body!

The kids have been counting down the days to get back on stage. ✨

Join us Saturday, June 20th at 5 PM for our family-friendly Pole & Aerial Showcase! Many of our youth performers haven't performed since Christmas, and they are beyond excited to share everything they've been working on.

After countless years, I finally threw away the Nocturnal chair.

Some of you are sad.

I need you to know that chair and I were enemies.

Every time I looked at it, it looked back at me with disrespect.

It had one job: be a chair.

And honestly? It wasn't even particularly good at that.

So I sent it to the big furniture store in the sky. ✨🪑

In its place?

TWO THRONES. 👑👑

Because my queens deserve royal treatment, not whatever that busted little gremlin chair was offering.🤣🤣🤣
