The Idaho State Snowmobile Association would like send our prayers and condolences to the family and friends of Harold Wartluft from Gooding, Idaho.

Harold was a long time member of the Northside Snow Riders and the Idaho State Snowmobile Association. He was very active at both the local and state level and a true advocate of the sport of snowmobiling and outdoor recreation and has spent many hours in the back country on and off the snow.

Please keep his family and friends in your prayers during this difficult time. 🙏

Dear Association and Federation Leaders,

ISMA is preparing to launch an updated Go Snowmobiling website and refreshed social media channels this fall. To help highlight the many great places to ride across North America, we are inviting snowmobile associations and federations to share featured riding destinations from their state or province.

If you have a trail, riding area, or destination you would like to showcase, complete the attached survey . Please include 3–5 high-quality photos and a map of the route. These submissions will help us develop Destination Features for the website and social media throughout the year.

Please send your information by August 7, 2026, so we can begin preparing content for the launch. We appreciate your help in promoting snowmobiling destinations and showcasing the outstanding riding opportunities available across the United States

If anyone would like to come and join the Northside Snowriders reach out for directions to meeting locations.

After much debate we are going to move forward with the summer ride. With permission from the family we will be dedicating this ride to Ben Holland. Please come out and have fun in his memory enjoying the land he loves. We hope to see you there. Meet at Wells summit parking lot by groomer shed.

The Idaho State Snowmobile Association would like to pass our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Ben Holland of Gooding, Idaho. Ben tragically passed away on Friday July 3, 2026.

Ben was a member of the Northside Snow Riders for his entire life. He recently became member of Idaho Snow Riders. Ben dedicated a lot of energy towards preserving snowmobiling for his children and future generations as a whole. Ben was involved with the Magic Valley Trail Machine Association and he was a significant volunteer for the Magic Valley Snowmobile Club where he could be found in the center running the lights with their Grass drags, among other things.

A number of our members were close to Ben and his family. Our prayers are with Ben’s wife and his three little ones. ❤️

📅 WHEN: Saturday, October 31st, 2026
📍 WHERE: Twin Falls County Fairgrounds (Filer, ID)
🎟️ ADMISSION: $5 per person (Kids 10 and under are FREE!)
Whether you're a hardcore racer looking to test your setup, hunting for winter gear at the massive swap meet, or just looking for an awesome family day out with food and local vendors, MVSCTater Days has it all.

Sign-Ups & Tech: 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM
Rider Meeting: 9:00 AM
Racing Starts: 9:30 AM
