🔥 PEAK STRENGTH — WEEK 12 🔥
This week is all about STRENGTH + POWER.
We’re working toward heavier loads where appropriate while continuing to reinforce explosive, controlled movement with both barbells and dumbbells.
A few tips for this week:
✔️ Heavy weights are encouraged—but never at the expense of form.
✔️ Lower rep counts mean every rep matters.
✔️ Move with intention, not speed.
✔️ Focus on full range of motion and proper technique.
