This is an update on my high cholesterol high fat journey (100+ days), some days not entirely carnivore. I sometimes have Greek yogurt, fruit, avocados (and a few treats…it’s the summertime and the kids are home😁). Below are my results of the Calcium CT scan that I got to make sure I am not at risk for heart attacks/heart disease/stroke. Blood work does not tell you enough, further testing is better especially for peace of mind. Everyone is different and fortunately I believe I am insulin sensitive.

This test was a noninvasive CT scan of the heart that evaluates the amount of calcium in the coronary arteries (basically plaque), optimal score is a 0. I have high cholesterol (genetics) and the last blood work was months before I started high fat and it was at 267. I am sure it’s higher now🤷‍♀️ Results are in the comments below…

Day 11…Full carnivore, I’m sure this will shock many, but already feeling AMAZING!!!!!!! Still making bread, just not eating it.

Just need recommendations of good clean “grass fed” beef/meat subscriptions or should I buy a cow?🐮😁
