From One on One Kicking to the NFL’s biggest stage. 🏈🎯

Will Reichard’s journey is a reminder that elite kicking is built over years of repetition, competition, discipline, and the right mindset.

Reichard began working with Coach Mike McCabe and One on One Kicking at a young age, competing against older kickers and developing the mentality that every kick matters. That work helped take him from Alabama — where he became the NCAA Division I career scoring leader — to becoming a First-Team All-Pro with the Minnesota Vikings.

His approach is simple: don’t overthink it, learn from the last kick, and make the next one.

Freshman kicker Luke “The Leg” Hardee is making noise early. 🔥🦵

Luke just set a new PR from 50 yards in practice, and he’s already producing when the lights come on. Through 4 games, he sits at the top of the kickoff stats with 822 kickoff yards 18 kickoffs and a long of 59 yards.
