💭 YOU DON’T NEED EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND YOUR GOALS 💭

One of the hardest lessons in pursuing something meaningful is realizing that not everyone will support your journey—and that’s okay.

You don’t need approval from everyone around you to chase the life, health, or goals you want for yourself.

The right people will encourage you, hold you accountable, and want to see you win. Focus on those people.

And for everyone else? Keep showing up anyway.

Your vision was given to you. Your goals are yours to pursue. You don’t need a crowd cheering for you to take the next step—you just need the courage to believe in yourself and keep moving forward.

Let your consistency speak. Let your progress show. 💪

Your glutes aren’t just built for looks. They play a major role in keeping your hips, knees, and lower back moving properly.

The Captain Morgan RDL combines single-leg strength with stability, making it a great addition to almost any lower-body program. Control the movement, keep your hips level, and let your glutes do the work.🍑🦵

🔥 MONDAY MINDSET 🔥

New week. Fresh opportunity. Same goal: get better.

Don’t worry about being perfect this week. Focus on showing up, putting in the work, learning from the process, and taking one step forward every day. 💪

Your goals don’t need more excuses—they need your focus, effort, and consistency.

Believe in what you’re capable of and let your actions prove it.

Let’s get to work. 👊

🔥 FRIDAY CHECK-IN 🔥

You made it to Friday—but don’t check out just yet! 💪

This week was about focusing, showing up, learning, and growing. Every workout, every challenge, and every little win adds up.

Be proud of the work you put in this week, then take a moment to celebrate your progress. 👏

And if you didn’t have your best week? That’s okay. Reset, refocus, and come back stronger next week.

Finish strong. Keep believing in yourself. Keep showing up. 👊

😂 WALL SIT CHALLENGE GONE WRONG 😂

Think you’re coordinated? Think again. 😅

The challenge: Start in a wall sit, spin your body around, and land right back into a wall sit without letting your back lose contact with the wall.

Sounds easy… until you try it. 😂💀

Our coaches decided to put themselves to the test—and let’s just say things got interesting REAL quick.

Would you be able to stick the landing? 👀👇

🧠 WEDNESDAY TRAINING TIP 💪

It’s not just about doing the movement—it’s about understanding where and how to recruit the correct muscles.

Learning how to properly contract and control a muscle can completely change the way an exercise feels.

When you learn to consistently create that mind-muscle connection, 5 lbs can feel like 100. 🔥

That’s the difference between simply going through the motions and actually learning how to train your body.

And that’s one of the reasons our coaches matter. We don’t just count reps—we teach you how to move, what you should be feeling, and how to get the most out of every exercise.

Train smarter. Move with purpose. Get better results.

That’s what coaching is all about. 👊

🔥 MAKE THIS WEEK COUNT 🔥

This week, make it about FOCUS.

Focus on showing up—even when you don’t feel like it.
Focus on learning something new.
Focus on growing stronger, inside and out.
And most importantly, focus on believing in yourself and what you’re capable of.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep moving forward.

Show up. Learn. Grow. Believe. 💪

Let’s make this week a great one! 👊

As of Friday our pastors will have spent three weeks in the hospital. God is doing a miraculous work in their body’s, but the medical bills will be immense. If you’re able to give to their fund, please do🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hip mobility is more than just stretching.

The hip flexor plank helps you build strength while learning to control the relationship between your hips, pelvis, and low back.

That control can translate to better movement, stronger hip flexors, and improved mechanics when you run, sprint, or simply move through your day.

Mobility you can actually control is mobility you can use.
