Lacy chose C24 for the Sauna but the atmosphere keeps her coming back! 🥰

She got started in fitness because her mom was a huge health nut! Growing up around that made her realize how important it is! 💪🏼

Why did you choose club 24 and what keeps you coming back?

Easy access to downtown and newer equipment. Can always get the machine you want.

What got you started in fitness? Motivations? Goals?

Broke my ankle in 2020 got super weak and started working out a lot. To be the biggest guy in ghe room.

I have a bachelor's degree in health science.

Why did you choose club 24 and what keeps you coming back?

The biggest thing is the 24 hour access, the wide range of equipment especially deadlift pads. Personal interest in seeing progress in myself.

What got you started in fitness? Motivations? Goals?

Friend offered to mentor me. After we stopped I kept going. My family is my motivation. Goals to put on more muscle and strength.

Fun fact about yourself?

I lost 120lbs since I started working out.

Closer to me and the gym keeps my mental state functional.

What got you started in fitness? Motivations? Goals?

I have lost so many family members with health problems, I found fitness to prevent it myself. Better version of myself everyday.

Besides working out, I do track and bowling. I've gotten top 3 in the state for track.

Not as many people.

I was getting fat and I didnt want to be fat. To be stronger.

I dont listen to music, whatever the gym is playing.

Fun fact about yourself?

I know a lot about trees. On the board for 410lb deadlift. I also just completed the tip spot for spot for 28 pull ups.
