No high school cages today, Sunday April 19th. Enjoy the time off and rest up.

OSAA has changed their rules, and 4A can no longer have high school pitchers and catchers come on early. We have to keep sticking to 6 hrs per week. We’ll be having open cages on:
Wednesday 6-8
Friday 2-4 (focus will be on pitching and catching)
Sunday 5:30-7:30.

Please note, these cage times will now be for High School players only as we prepare for the season, thank you.

For Sunday, Feb 8th, Super Bowl day. No cages for 8th grade and below. Will still have regular High School cages at 5:30.

No cages on Wednesdays, Dec 24th and Jan 31st. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

No cages at 3:30 for 8th grade and below tomorrow, Sunday Nov 30th.
Will have HS cages at 5:30-7:30. If younger players want to attend the later session, please feel free to.

Cages for 8th grade and below are starting this Sunday, Nov 2 3:30-5:30.

Current cage times:

Wednesdays: All ages 6:00-8:00 pm
Sundays: 8th grade and younger 3:30-5:30
High School 5:30-7:30

Open cages are starting up again!
Wednesdays 6-8 for all ages.
Sundays 5:30-7:30 for high school players.
Our 3:30-5:30 session for 8th grade and below will be starting soon.

Reminder to all Bulldogs! Next week is “dead week”. That means gyms, weight rooms, fields, courts will all be closed up for the week! No coaches or athletes are allowed to put in any work on campus. Go be with your family and friends. Get on the lake. Take a hike. Climb a mountain. Ride an ATV. Give yours a much needed rest from competition. As always, SKO DAWGS!

HS softball and baseball has started, so no more cages on Wednesdays. We still have our open cages on Sunday. 8th grade and below will be 3-5, and HS will be 5-7.
