Our 6th official “Guided hike w/ award winning miniature donkeys” was a perfect afternoon for this super fun couple, navigating the beautiful Colorado trails with their new favorite hiking buddies! This “donkey dude” had seen a beverage b***o at a wedding and his interest peaked, and he has been wanting to get more involved with these awesome equines ever since. Something tells me these two will have some donkeys of their very own someday down the road! After their adventure, they hit some local Bailey shops and topped off the evening with dinner at the winery! 🏔️🫏🚶🏽‍♂️🫏🚶🏻‍♀️🥂

Our 5th official “Guided hike w/ award winning miniature donkeys” was a sunny, fun-filled donkey adventure that these awesome gals will never forget! We had such a great time taking TONS of fun pictures with the donkeys, followed by a leisurely hike through the gorgeous aspens! These two had lots of great questions ready for us, and we truly enjoyed being able to share the donkey magic with these animal enthusiasts! I have a feeling we will see them again! 🫏💐🌞

Our 4th official “Guided hike w/ award winning miniature donkeys” was an absolute heater! 🔥 This epic group of runners wanted their hike to have a special emphasis on running, rather than walking with the donkeys.. and holy smokes, was I super impressed! These four first-timers looked like absolute PROS out there! We were able to cover just under 6 miles during our 90 minutes out on the trail, and even had a light, glorious rain shower to cool us off! I can say with great confidence these four awesome humans had a wonderful time with their donkey partners, and will be signing up for their first donkey race in no time! 🏔️🫏🏃🏽‍♀️🫏🏃🏾🏁🚀

Our 3rd official “Guided hike with award winning miniature donkeys” was a TON of fun! We were so excited to welcome this out-of-state couple on their Colorado adventure - these two future donkey owners had loads of questions regarding what it might look like to add a couple donkeys to their herd of goats back home, and we had so much fun discussing all the wide world of donkey ownership! For our hike, we ventured down into the Glen-Isle Resort property and explored that fun and gorgeous mountain scenery on this absolutely beautiful day! After their hike, they got a good nights rest and topped off their Colorado adventure with a red rocks concert the next night! Now that’s a Colorado weekend! 🩵🫏🚶🏻‍♀️☀️🫏🚶🏼🏔️🎶

Our “Mothers’ Day Edition” of our guided hikes with award winning miniature donkeys was nothing short of MAGICAL! The weather was perfect, the crew was fantastic, and the donkeys were so excited to get out and celebrate the amazing mom who was treated to this hike by her family! We had so much fun talking about donkeys, the amazing things they do, and just how much fun it is to be around these majestic creatures! Our inaugural “Guided hike with award winning miniature donkeys” was absolutely epic! It was a winter wonderland this morning, and our squad couldn’t have had a better time! ❄️🫏🫏🫏✅

Today’s donkeys, Poppie, Applejack, Geodude and I had a super bad@$$ couple from Leadville join us while celebrating a birthday and spending the evening at the historic Glen-Isle Resort - Bailey, CO, and they made our first ever guided hike such a fun time! A little snow definitely did not stop us - in fact, it was one the “features”! The donkeys loved sporting their “Bad@$$ B***o Beanies”, along with their super fun & fancy coats, and we had a lovely morning talking about funny donkey stories, facts, and hilarious moments that make up so many of the reasons why we love these majestic creatures! I have a feeling we will see these awesome folks again!
