Closed and Beyond Happy 🏡 ✅ After getting my relocation certification to help previously unknown people move across the US to Colorado, the eXp Relocation Program trusted me to help a new district executive relocating to CO to find a place for his growing family. With only 1 weekend and one chance to find the perfect place, I toured nearly 30 properties in person. I wrote 2 entirely different offers on the same place. The first one wasn’t even considerable for the seller. I was even told that if I don’t get the next offer accepted. By asking the right questions, we were able to figure out what was most important and it happened to be time; time we had to offer. After giving my explanations and reasoning for the second offer, we were able to get into the home for $45,000 less than the original listing price. You never know what you can get until you start considering what offers and negotiations are necessary to get the job done. Combining pre-existing market knowledge, and course-trained negotiation skllls; my clients ended up happier than I could explain.
