🎉Last Nights Kids Night Out was a blast! 💥 Since we’re still in buddy month 👯‍♂️Coach Justin had the kiddos go through the course with a buddy taking turns wearing the backpack 🎒 with supplies. The backpack had a balloon 🎈 in it requiring the kids to carefully navigate the course without popping it. If the balloon popped the buddy team would need to endure pushups as a consequence for damaging their supplies. 💪

Kids also did the course in the dark where one buddy had a headlamp 💡 and the other had supply pack so they had to stay together to navigate the course in total darkness 🌌.

We also had a nerf 🔫 battle, yummy 🍔🌭and capped off dinner with ice cream 🍨 sundaes!

Stopping after an activity to reflect on what they experienced and learned is so important for this next generation.

Last week during Buddy Week #3 the kids worked thru the obstacle course with a buddy encouraging each other along the way. We taught the kids about their strengths💪 and weaknesses and how having a weakness is not a bad thing it just something we need to practice at.

📣As students head back to school, Coach Justin is kicking off August with one of our favorite training cycles: Buddy Month! 👯‍♂️

📚This cycle focuses on essential social skills that help children succeed both inside and outside the gym. Students will practice making eye contact, introducing themselves confidently, offering a respectful handshake, communicating clearly, and being a dependable teammate. They will also learn to recognize the qualities of healthy friendships, including kindness, honesty, encouragement, and respect. 🤝
