This week, we're gearing up for our September 30th band test! 🥋💪 Just like the colored belt system in traditional martial arts, our color band test tracks our growth and skills. Starting as white bands, our members increase their overall fitness by working on their jump rope skills, push-ups, pull-ups, planks, and more in addition to sharpening their boxing skills.
