Holy Cow! Bobbi Beckers Bone hit her 500th check in at Sycamore Springs Middlle School this morning!! She is such a hard worker, shows up rain or shine (or super humid) and always has a positive attitude. We love her and are so blessed to have her a part of the CG community in the 78737!

I am so honored to be a Camp Gladiator trainer at Sycamore Springs middle school. The men and women who come out every single Monday Wednesday Friday early morning (5:30 am) prove to me again and again that the slogan “better together” is one of the most powerful things for helping to get results.

We had a big happy hour this last Saturday and Sheree celebrated her birthday this morning. Campers always go above and beyond for each other and work harder because of each other. The magic of Boot Camp is not about the trainer telling people what to do. It’s about the Camper’s helping one another be their best and show up for each other…

the Result: 👉they can push harder and all get better results… together.

It just feels better too!

Happy birthday, Sheree Claxton Moon. You never miss and you always give your best. Thank you for all you do for everybody else. I’m so glad we got to celebrate you this morning and give you gifts to return the favor. Super cool announcement!!! BOLD CAMPERS!!

You can now build your own workout in the On Demand library!!! If you would like a warm-up, 15 minutes of endurance, 20 minutes of interval and a cool down, you have the ability to do that now!

▶️ Cool Down Videos
▶️ 15-20 minute videos (no warmup) of each week of the 4 week cycle
▶️ Plus we still have 30, 45 and 60 minutes full workouts for endurance, strength, interval and peak performance!

Search using the filter less than 30 under the length of work out.

Stay tuned for this to get better and better! We are working with our tech team to make it easier to combine these for the camper.
