I haven't announced anything here yet but I am so grateful for the overwhelming support and love shown on the passing of my sweet and hardworking son. He is my whole heart. His struggle with mental illness prompted a huge shift to the focus of this page and sharing information regarding mental health. I will continue this effort to honor him and educate others on recognizing and responding to those struggling with their mental health.

So many folks don't know about schizophrenia. And the most frustrating thing I've experienced while trying to support my family member with this type of mental illness is just how many are unwilling to even listen. 😪
