My baby boy left his earthly life 5 months ago today on 5/31. Yes I was STILL super distracted teaching BODYPUMP today but we got it done. Yes I do have a therapist I've seen for 4 years through this journey to do what I could to influence the most positive outcome regarding his mental illness and when I say I'm alone it's because I'm a single mom with little to no support from this village people like to talk about, so please don't send links to random grief groups if you listen to the end. It's not helpful.
