Most people launch a brand new ad account on broad targeting & wonder why the leads are trash.⁠
⁠
Broad is one of the best ways to scale once your account has data.⁠
⁠
But on day one your pixel hasn't seen anything yet, so Facebook is just guessing.⁠
⁠
Here's what I do on every new account instead:⁠
⁠
Build a lookalike stack of your highest-intent lists. Buyers, booked calls, active email subscribers. Each one 1-2 million. Stack three of them in one ad set so you land around 5-6 million people total.⁠

Run that until you've got around 100 conversions in the account. Closer to 1,000 before you really lean into broad.⁠
⁠
Until then the stack is doing the heavy lifting for you.⁠
⁠

→ Blended ROAS beats individual ad ROAS. Zoom out before you cut.⁠

→ Creative diversity is for scaling, not testing.⁠

→ Simplify the account. One campaign per funnel. 1-3 ad sets max.⁠
