I’ve been playing with sharpening up and shaping my work; the desire to do so was a big part of my decision to take a sabbatical.

The work has to come to me (although, trust that I’m gonna coax it with every fiber of my being), I can’t effort the work into existence.

So. It’s been emerging and evolving and my approach is that I’ll find it in the doing. I choose to trust that.

All this week I’ve been talking about solving foe the actual problem and not the surface problem.

I see it a lot, there’s always a ton of ppl ready to tell you exactly what you’re neatly defined issue is and then sell you an equally neat solution.

But that’s a copy and paste approach to business that doesn’t yield results. It just keeps you searching for the next thing to copy and paste.

Instead, I advocate for a more artful approach. An approach that has deep respect of and creates space for all your parts, quirks, desires, and experiences. A full on masterpiece approach that actually moves ppl (and most importantly, you).

If there’s a block in your business or the next level isn’t quite hitting. Stop. 🛑

Stop looking for the neat copy and paste; and start looking for the lever that actually makes the shift happen.

Here’s a secret, I’m actually kinda lazy. I don’t want to waste any effort; cos between two businesses, a chronic pain condition, a full life, and my deep love of staring out the window, I don’t have a ton of energy to spare.

That’s why I’m obsessed with the biggest bang for my buck and always getting to the root issue and not just tinkering on the surface.

It’s what I do for my clients all the time. I can tell when there’s something more going on than just the simple surface “issue” being presented.

Stop leaving money on the table- Stop doing what I know you're doing 😏💅🏻✨
Get in bed with your offer. Fall back in love. Spice it up.
Just don't dump it or get all squirly around it - that's when you leave money on the table.
Everytime you pivot away from your offer; you leave money on the table.
Most ppl need way more touchpoints to buy then you're currently accounting for. The next time they see your offer could be the time they buy.
Everytime you don't go all in on your offer; you leave money on the table.
No one wants to buy when the energy is apologetic, entitled, and/or defensive. They want to buy cos they believe in it and you. That starts with you, cheeky chops.
Get behind your offer and find your particular way of showing up for it, and stop leaving money on the table.
