If you lack mobility for good swim form, work on these 3 components.

1. Upward scapular rotation with scrap pulls and dead hangs
2. Plantar flexion with banded ankle extension and partial rev nordics
3. Internal rotation of the arm at the shoulder with banded straight arm pulldowns
