Crystal-clear waters, vibrant coral, and some of the friendliest marine life we’ve ever met! 🐠🐙🪸 From drift dives to reef exploration, every dive was a reminder of why we do what we do.

Our Saint Lucia trip gave us stunning visibility, healthy reefs, and that perfect balance of thrill and beauty. Whether it was gliding alongside colorful fish or floating over coral gardens, every moment was unforgettable.

🌅✨ Topside beauty, Saint Lucia edition ✨🌅

Last week wasn’t just about the incredible diving—Saint Lucia spoiled us with vibrant sunsets, cozy beach evenings, and sweet treats that matched the island’s warmth. 🍰🌺

From watching the sun slip below the horizon while dive boats rocked gently on the water, to enjoying tropical drinks and desserts with new friends, we were reminded that every dive trip is also about the moments in between the dives. 💛

There are many high mountain lakes to dive in and great visibility. If you dive in water that is 300 to 3000 meters (1000 to 10000 feet) above sea level, this is called altitude diving. But there are things you should know about diving at a higher altitude in to remain safe. The SSI Altitude Diving course will teach you what you need to know about diving at higher altitudes

A good diver is always learning!!!
The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers.
You will learn how to identify stress, how to prevent accidents and be taught practical techniques to conduct rescues and provide emergency care. With a combination of pool and open water practice sessions, you will become well prepared and confident at handling emergency and rescue situations.
