Summer is almost here! ☀️

Here are some throwback photos by the pool. Everyone’s putting in the work for their “summer body,” but it’s worth remembering what that actually means.

The goal is more than to look good this summer. It’s to be able to move, do, and enjoy everything that comes with it without your body holding you back. Train for that! 🏊‍♂️🏝️🏋️‍♂️

From the very beginning, this has been the goal. 🫶

Whether it’s running the track, swimming, or a game of racquetball, it’s never just about the workout. It’s about showing up, pushing each other, and finding ways to enjoy the process while seeing what you’re capable of. Sometimes that means working side by side, sometimes it means a little friendly competition

These are the moments that keep you moving, keep you exploring, and help you stay strong for everything life has to offer.
