First, congratulations to our 8 Week Transformation Challenge Champions, Scarlett and Kevin! 👏

We have to be honest—this was an incredibly difficult decision.

The transformations across the board were nothing short of amazing. So many participants showed incredible physical changes, built healthier habits, gained confidence, and proved what consistency can do over just 8 weeks. Every coach discussion came down to the same thing: there were so many deserving contenders.

Life happened.
Schedules changed.
Vacations came up.
Work got busy.

But they still showed up.

This challenge wasn’t about being perfect—it was about building habits, creating consistency, and showing up even when it wasn’t easy.

✅ Completed their workouts

✅ Stayed accountable

Over the last 8 weeks, our Gain Station Challenge athletes proved what can happen when consistency beats excuses.

Together, this group lost:

That’s 125.4 pounds of hard work.
99.42 inches of commitment.
8 weeks of choosing growth over comfort.
