Hi Instagram. It’s been ✌️years since I started FIT4MOM SLO County to the day! I thought it would be appropriate to re-introduce myself and let you know what we’ve been up to. I’m Ali, and this is my Squad Fam: Eric, Ramsey, Reid, Ziggy (not pictured because someone threw a ball) and me! This little biz has been through it all this year thanks to Covid, but we’re back in full force for the summer. Things you can count on us for this year:

🌟- family fun. We’re adding more family strides classes this year because let’s be real, they’re the best.
🌟- back to basics. We’re bringing back play dates starting this week!

What an absolute PRIVILEGE it has been to represent this mom-owned, mom-supported, badass little biz during these crazy times. From the bottom of my heart. HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY to all of our clients, past and present. We’re not stopping the fun today... we’re still offering a free week to new mamas, a mom’s day out on the 22nd and more!

We’re kicking off our Mother’s Day celebration with a FREE WEEK OF CLASSES for anyone who is not a current member. If you already have a membership, invite your BFF, neighbors, co-workers, and any mamas you know to try a free class (or four!) If they join we’ll have a little gift for you ❤️. We’ll be doing some surprise and delight ALL MONTH long, because May is all about YOU. Happy Month of Mama!

Big news! Our little franchise is going to be insta famous. This Thursday we’ll be featured on with a 30 minute HIIT workout. Babies and kiddos are welcome, no equipment necessary. 9:30am PST. Tell your mama friends!
