Your pelvic floor is part of your core, and it does a LOT more than you might think.

One common misconception? That pelvic floor health is all about doing more Kegels.

In reality, your pelvic floor needs to know when to contract, relax, lengthen, and coordinate with your breath and movement.

And that’s where Pilates can be a great tool. Pilates encourages you to connect your breath, core, posture, and movement, all while building awareness of how your body is moving and working together.

Whether you experience leaking during exercise, pelvic pressure, discomfort, or you simply want to better understand your body, learning how your pelvic floor works can be incredibly valuable.

Your pelvic floor isn't just about strength. It's about balance, coordination, and connection.

✨ Want to learn more? Our upcoming Pelvic Floor Workshop is a great place to start.
