We provide personal training and coaching services for men, women and children at all levels of fitness. Our nationally certified fitness professionals and world class coaches will help you reach and exceed all of your fitness goals. Our facility has all the equipment and space you need for your full fitness experience.

5 YEARS not a single day of exercise missed. Live the lifestyle, be the example, lead the path, don’t just talk about it. Do what you said you were going to do, long after the feeling you said it in has left. Be discipline. Daily movement, stress relief, self care, putting yourself first, so that everyone around you can thrive. If I’m not the absolute best version of myself everyday, that’s a disservice to myself and to my clients. At thrive, we go above and beyond others. If we’re not elite, we’re not good enough. I challenge you all to set a weekly exercise and self care goal, create performance boosting nutritional habits, and live the life you want to lead. We are blessed to have all of the tools necessary to create the life we need, we just have to put the WORK in. God is amazing. Don’t just talk about it, make it happen!

Thank you to all of the Thrive community who donated to our annual event for to raise funds to buy kids Christmas presents for themselves/family. What it takes to THRIVE!
From the day the NCAA Wrestling Championships finished last season, and already had their sights set on this seasons #1 goal, winning individual national championships along with the team title. Not a single week of workouts were missed during improvement season, and the relentless drive continued to increase more. Through deep waters and back, nothing stopped them from pushing past new limits constantly, and doing whatever it takes to get an extra 1% edge every day.
I’m looking forward to watching them fight for what’s theirs this season!

When you’re sleepless and tired, burnt out, over worked, or not motivated, remember where you started and how far you’ve come. Motivation doesn’t last, discipline does. Thrive started as nothing, a nearly empty building, with barely any equipment, an expensive lease payment, and overfilled with hope and passion. Remember all of the ways you have grown, how things have grown, and the countless lives changed over the years by your life’s work. I’ve been blessed to work with some of the most amazing people that fate and hard work brought my way.
Remember why you started.
I love this journey, through the great times and the hard times.
There is no ceiling, and we aren’t even close to where we want to be.
There is an understanding that there is no such thing as perfection, but I will always chase perfection, and reach for that level of work and results, always. We will not settle for anything less than best in the country, and best in the world.
As our 11th Thrive anniversary approaches in November, I’m excited to celebrate with all of you who are a part of the Thrive family. Blessed beyond words, God is amazing.
Together we THRIVE! For many more years to come. 🙏🏽
