As I’ve stepped into my new role at CoachMeFit, I’ve realized balance isn’t something you “find” once and keep forever. It shifts daily—between leadership, training clients, family, and personal time. And honestly? I wobble just like anyone else.

The goal isn’t to never stumble. The goal is to keep adjusting, resetting, and moving forward. 💪
