We believe that anyone and everyone is able to not only lose weight, but feel and look their best through strength training and a healthy lifestyle. Being healthy and fit are important aspects of everyday life for everyone. We offer private one on one and semi private fitness training along with small group classes in our Ann Arbor studio. Concierge Training sessions may also be held in your home or office/building gym.

Many women think they need lighter weights and higher reps as they get older.

In reality, building and maintaining muscle becomes even more important. When muscle mass declines, bone density often follows. That’s why you’ll often see us training in the 5-8 rep range with challenging loads, rather than 15-20 reps. Strength training helps support stronger bones, better movement, and greater resilience as you age.
