- 15 Hanging Tucks

- 1 minute Assault bike [ over 315 watts ]

- 15 Pushups

5 min round, anything under 5 is your rest before next one starts.

⚔️ MEET THE OWNERS ⚔️

Meet Zach & Jessa Solheim — one of the three ownership couples behind Valhalla Lifting Club! 👋

We were both raised in Bemidji and now call it home as we raise our own family. We have three kiddos (ages 6, 4, and 21 months) and are excited to welcome baby #4 this August! For us, living an active, healthy lifestyle isn't just about fitness—it's about having the energy and longevity to be the best parents, spouses, and role models we can be.

Outside of Valhalla, Zach works as an Electrical Engineer at Polaris, and Jessa owns Hometown Creative, where she partners with small businesses across Northern MN to help with digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Together, we're also part of our family's business, The Bluebelle Event Venue, where we've seen firsthand the value of building community and creating meaningful experiences.

When the opportunity to be part of Valhalla came along, it was an easy yes. We believed in the vision from day one—a gym built around community, health, and creating a place where everyone feels welcomed and supported.

We're incredibly grateful to be part of this team and excited to help continue building something special in Alexandria.
