🚨 2026 WCFR FINALS INFORMATION 🚨
🏆 CONTESTANTS & VENDORS — PLEASE READ! 🏆

We are getting closer to the 2026 WCFR Finals, and we have some important information and deadlines everyone needs to be aware of!

‼️ ATTENTION CONTESTANTS ‼️

🌟 MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH — FINALS CALL-IN!

ALL contestants MUST confirm their spot for the finals by Monday, November 9th! This allows us to finalize our contestant list and determine if we need to bring in any alternates.

📲 TEXT 704-914-6231 with your information, confirmation that you will be attending, and how you plan to pay your entry fees!

🌟 NOVEMBER 15TH — PAYMENT DEADLINE!

🐴 STALLS: All stalls MUST be reserved and PAID IN FULL by November 15th! No outside pens , all horses must be stalled!!

💰 ENTRY FEES: Entry fees may be paid through Venmo or Cash App until November 15th.

💵 If you plan to pay your entry fees at the contestant meeting on Friday, CASH ONLY! NO EXCEPTIONS!

🌟 FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20TH — CONTESTANT MEETING!

‼️ All contestants MUST attend the Friday meeting to receive their back number and vest!

⚠️ Failure to attend will result in a $50 FINE!

📸 DRESS CODE REQUIRED! We will be taking contestant pictures, so please arrive dressed appropriately!

🌟 RV HOOKUPS & CAMPING

🚐 If you need an RV hookup for the weekend, please refer to the campground information pictured below and contact them directly to reserve your spot!

🛍️ Vendors are welcome to begin setting up Thursday evening or Friday morning!

💰 Vendor Fees: $60 PER DAY

Hemingway, South Carolina, was one heck of a good time, and we couldn’t be more thankful for everyone who helped make it happen!

A huge THANK YOU to County Line Arena and Down South Rodeo for having us! We truly appreciate the hospitality and the opportunity to put on another great rodeo with y’all. We can’t wait to come back next year! ❤️
