Bonobo gym We are passionate about life and living! With our training we will inspire you to feel good about yourself! BONOBO GYM - our gym is your gym!

We train in instructor led small groups of maximum 12 people. We focus on each persons individual ability and goals. We offer varied full body training that includes movement, balance, condition, strength and flexibility. We also cater for PT classes and for larger groups or companies.

So today we hit a milestone, 5000 , 5 star reviews!!!!
I generally don’t blow my own trumpet but today I feel proud, mostly because in times of doubt and imposter syndrome these reviews actually keep reminding me that we do a good job. It’s not an overnight thing, this is over 8 years work, day in and day out, through the Covid years and some extremely low and stressful times. So yes, today I’m proud and also very grateful to all who took the time to write a review and of course to all my clients over the years, who contribute to the quality of our classes by their energy, openness and kindness.

Vilken underbar insats av våra medlemmar och framförallt den fantastiska jobb och Karavanen till Ukraina organisation gör.

Den 8 oktober levererade organisationen ”Karavanen till Ukraina” ofattbara hela 19 bilar (Sve+Fin) inkl fem ambulanser, 2 fyrhjulingar, en släpvagn, massor med kraftstationer och sjukvårdsmaterial för fronten. Bonobo Gym och dess medlemmar var med och bidrog till detta stöd. Fantastiskt!
 
Så nu tar vi sats mot nästa stora karavan – JULKARAVANEN! 🎄🚗🎅🏻🛻🎄🚌
