3 YEARS OF FIGHT DIRECT NZ 🇳🇿
3 years. Thousands of rounds. Countless early mornings. Plenty of blood, sweat and sacrifice.
Today we celebrate 3 years of Fight Direct NZ — but this isn’t just our birthday.

It’s a celebration of the fighters who keep showing up.
The coaches who stay late.
The gyms that build champions.
The teammates who push each other when nobody’s watching.
And the whānau and supporters standing ringside, cage-side and in the corner. ❤️‍🔥

From the first session to fight night.
From the beginners taking their first steps to the athletes chasing titles.
From the local shows around Aotearoa to Kiwis putting it all on the line overseas.

This is NZ fight culture. 🇳🇿

We’re proud to have played a small part in the journey — supporting athletes, gyms and events across the country. Fight Direct NZ was founded in 2023 with a focus on supporting the local combat sports community, including sponsorship of athletes and events such as Shuriken Fight Series and helping martial arts grow across the country

3 years ago, Fight Direct NZ started in a cluttered garage.

No fancy warehouse.
No big team.
No polished setup

Our first Fight Direct NZ stall at the Combat Sports Expo.

Thank you to every fighter, coach, gym, promoter, customer, supporter, friend and whānau who has backed us, trusted us and continued to support our journey.
We can’t wait to see what the next 3 years bring.
