Hey everyone. Just a quick reminder we have our club champs this Sunday. It’s a single day event with trophy’s at the conclusion of the day.

The weather forecast for Sunday is looking nice so get your entries in.

Also in case your wondering, all your mylaps 3 wire transponders will work fine.

Our Tuesday arvo practices have been going really well and we have loved seeing some new faces joining the fun. Tomorrow does look a bit windy/wet so we will try moving practice to later in the week but we just need to play it by ear and see what day has the best weather.

Hope you all had a relaxing long weekend and we look forward to seeing you this Sunday for some great racing at MRC.

Matt.

Afternoon team.

Starting to ramp up with outdoors now. We have Raukawa kicking off this Sunday which is always a good time so get your entries in if you want some great racing.

I called into the Gather market at solway Showgrounds on Saturday which is right next to our track. It was a special day where kids were running stalls along with the adult regulars. Spenser and Charlie Croad were both running RC stalls that included a crawler course and Slash hire on our racetrack. From what I saw they were getting heaps of interest and participants so well done boys we might have to copy your business model and run an open day one Saturday.

Things we have coming up are our club champs 1st of November and our round of Super5 on 14th November. Both events open for entries on NZRCA.

Alrighty then folks that’s all, see you at practice tomorrow from 4.30pm. Track is in fine form so come rip some laps.

Matt.

Practice tomorrow, Tuesday from 4pm.

See you there
Matt.

Hey team
Unfortunately we weren’t able to get the track rolled today so no practice tomorrow. Think we best give it the week to settle and start practicing as of next Tuesday.

Cheers
Matt.

Thank you very much to all the helpers who showed up today to help get our track ship-shape for the coming season.

We are getting some rain tomorrow which will help bed the new surface in and then when it’s dry enough Chris will be giving the track a wheel pack with the ride-on as the surface is quite soft still so we will update you all on wether or not we are go for Tuesday practice but we may need to allow another week for it to settle down properly otherwise we will undo all our hard work if we drive on it before it is ready.

Anyway have a great weekend and enjoy this little edit that my son Ryan put together for us.

Cheers
Matt.
