It’s been too long…today made me realise how much I love running and miss coaching.
I took Emily and Jacob to the Tauranga open cross country today. Connecting with this community and young athletes filled my glass and it was over flowing with joy! Miss this …. Thinking over how I can make this my life again .

Kids that run session today is a trail run from Hikuwai. Meet at 4pm Joe brown Drive. It’s going to be a bit muddy bring some grippy shoes!!
