🌟 AUGUST MEMBER OF THE MONTH 🌟

The amazing Zo ⚡️ and SO well deserved! Even more so because she still came in to train today despite having to bring her new short term accessory (moon boot).. there is no stopping this motivated young gal 👊 she is on a mission!

But ever since she signed up at the start of this year, she has been so consistent! I could count on one hand (maybe even one finger) how many sessions Zoe has missed. She even kept up great exercise while she was away overseas 👏

We are so proud of you Zo! Your weekly PTs and mindset to challenge yourself is seeing you make incredible progress. Everyone else is seeing it too. Keep up the amazing work!

Huge shoutout to one of our hardworking members Kristian karaitiana for an incredible 10-week transformation on the recent Team AMF | Ash Mullen Fitness 10 Week BUILD Challenge 🙌🔥

Through consistent training, disciplined nutrition and trusting the process, Kristian added a staggering 2.4kg of lean muscle tissue while getting leaner and significantly improving his overall body composition as you can see in these photos! 💪

🇺🇸 PRO CHECK-IN COMPLETE ✅

The Mullens are READY! 🫡🎯

One of the things we’re most proud of at AMF is the culture we’ve built around showing up, staying consistent, and always striving to be better than yesterday ☝️

Today we get the opportunity to step on stage together at the Southern USA Pro in Orlando to represent not only ourselves, and our country, but the entire AMF community as well. Every member chasing a goal, every client trusting the process, and everyone putting in the work day after day.

This has been a 10 year journey for us. Competing is simply another way of challenging ourselves and continuing to grow both physically and mentally. To show others what’s possible when you set your mind to something and back yourself. It reinforces the values we aim to live by and share with our amazing clients and members every day - commitment, discipline, consistency, dedication and the willingness to keep pushing when things get tough 🙏

No matter what your goal is, whether it’s stepping on stage, losing weight, building strength, or improving your health, the formula is the same. Show up, do the work, and trust the process. Hard work and consistency over time always pays off! 💯

Aaron has been quietly putting in the work over the past few months and has made some EPIC body composition changes from it! Week after week, building healthy habits and most importantly being so CONSISTENT! 🔐
