For many women, returning to exercise after pregnancy isn't as simple as people make it sound. Our bodies don't always "bounce back," and the physical, emotional, and mental challenges can feel overwhelming.
As someone who has personally experienced these struggles and is now a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, I understand how important it is to return to exercise safely and correctly.
Pregnancy and childbirth are a huge deal. Sometimes the experience can be traumatic, and your recovery deserves patience, support, and expert guidance.
