This week's Member Spotlight goes to the amazing **Larnie C.** ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ”ฅ

This lady is an absolute force to be reckoned with!

Larnie attends PT an incredible **4 times per week** and is the very definition of consistency. She shows up, puts in the work, and never loses sight of her goals.

One thing I absolutely love about Larnie is her attitude towards our monthly challenges. The first thing she does when she walks through our doors is head straight over to the challenge board and see if she can beat her previous score, no matter what the challenge is.

To me, that shows a real dedication to becoming a better version of yourself than you were yesterday. It shows determination, resilience, and a refusal to give up when things get tough.

Larnie doesn't make excuses. She's honest with herself and honest with me, and that is one of the keys to becoming a true Bad Ass. Success comes from showing up consistently, being accountable, and doing the work, and Larnie embodies all of those qualities.

We are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved and can't wait to see what you accomplish next.

Shout-out to our legend Pat! This lady is amazing at 89 years young she is absolutely an inspiration to all , she bikes to exercise classes multiple times a week here at bad ass training as well as volunteering at the hospice and travelling the world .
Lets all be like Pat. She strength trains like a badass from way back .

I'm looking for amazing women who are currently not exercising, struggling with body image, confidence, self-doubt, or simply don't know where to start after having a baby.

For many women, returning to exercise after pregnancy isn't as simple as people make it sound. Our bodies don't always "bounce back," and the physical, emotional, and mental challenges can feel overwhelming.

As someone who has personally experienced these struggles and is now a qualified Personal Trainer specialising in Pre & Post Natal Exercise and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, I understand how important it is to return to exercise safely and correctly.

Pregnancy and childbirth are a huge deal. Sometimes the experience can be traumatic, and your recovery deserves patience, support, and expert guidance.

That's where we come in.
