I see her twice a week, and have done since I first started working with her at Matariki, when she was recovering from hip surgery.
When we started, there were 12 different points of restriction. A month in, we reassessed: down to 5.
Most recently, we reassessed again: 7.
That's not a step backward. We are only able to work on the most superficial layer with restrictions. Each time we clear a layer, we are able to go deeper. If something new happens, we get to clear that before we're able to pick back up where we'd gotten to. Eventually the hope is that every movement should free up your body — obviously there will be scars, surgeries etc. that give more permanent compensations, but we're working with your body and looking to help it flow more readily with whatever starting point you have.
Start with a movement assessment.
