Class focuses are:

Each warm-up is designed with intention, preparing you effectively for the workout ahead.
⏩️ Emphasis on Technique:
I prioritise technique to ensure proper form and safety.
⏩️ Thoughtful Programming:
My workouts are thoughtfully structured; there are no repeats, providing a comprehensive full-body experience each session.
⏩️ Challenging Yet Achievable:
While some movements may be challenging, they are accessible to everyone. Plus, we don’t incorporate burpees frequently 😄
⏩️ Intensity Adjustments:
I tailor the intensity throughout the week to suit your needs.
⏩️ Building Strength Safely:
You will learn to enhance your strength and fitness without the risk of overtraining or burnout.

Each day brings a new workout, maintaining the same intent and focus, ensuring you always leave feeling fantastic!

Monday / Wednesday / Friday every week
✳️ 9.15am - Classes are to suit our "wise and wonderful" group, i adapt the more intense exercises to something more "appreciated" 😉
✳️ 5.45am - Classes are designed for all strength and fitness levels
