**PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT 🥊🌴**

Coach Alistair has taken his craft to Bali, continuing to learn, refine and bring new knowledge back to the gym.

A valuable 1-on-1 session with Luke Howard, working on:

🥊 Leading with subtle angles to set up the next combination
🥊 The biomechanics of the slip — hinging and squatting while staying balanced and ready to counter
🥊 Using framing for defence, attack and controlling range
🥊 Punching off the rear foot while maintaining balance and control

Always learning. Always evolving. Always looking for ways to become a better coach and give our fighters more.
