With Tropical Storm Vaianu due to make our region visit I thought it would be a good time to give some storm prep tips

1. Remove headsails
2. Remove mainsail and cover
3. Take off any canvas covers like dodgers
4. If not removing headsail, make sure it’s tightly furled, your furler is locked off and lash around clew
5. Add extra lines to secure your yacht to the dock
