💪 10 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION 💪

If you’ve got a clear window for the next 10 weeks, hungry for results, are prepared to eat healthy, no alcohol, train consistently, and to now put a full-focus into your health & fitness - this program is for you.

As part of the deal, I’m looking for two people who are willing to let me document their journey for marketing purposes, and in return will receive the full 10-week program at a heavily discounted price.

If you think this is the challenge you’ve been looking for, and for more information, click the link in my bio. Complete the application form and I’ll be in touch. I’ll be looking to start at the end of July 2026.

Test your strength with this body weight exercise

Simply, how many times can you push yourself up from the floor. Men, aim for 50 reps. Women, aim for 30 reps. Simple to understand, but humbling at the same time.

The reality is, most people lift heavy for low reps with the goal of building muscle…but doing this for 50 reps in a row will make you feel your chest like you haven’t for a long time. Try it

🏋️‍♀️Dumbbell Chest Press🏋️‍♀️

One of my favourite exercises to build pushing strength through the chest, arms, and also good for shoulder stability.

Choose a moderate weight you can lift with good form, with full range of motion. Aim for a warm up set or two, with a light to moderate weight. Then progress to something heavier, so that you can still hit 12 reps, but with only 2-3 reps in reserve at the finish (this will give you a focus on the intensity required.) Over time, you can play with the rep ranges, maybe going heavier for less reps, at a higher intensity. Aim for about 3-5 sets, with 60-90 seconds rest in between.

Most people sit too much, resulting in shorter hip flexor muscles that pull your hips downwards, putting a higher strain on your lower back.

A simple way to improve posture & aid more freedom through the front of your hips is this simple stretch with an exercise band. Hold for 90 seconds each side, tuning in towards feeling a good constant stretch. Enjoy 😉

Pull Ups are one of the very best back exercises you can do to improve your back, arms, and grip strength. Many people prefer the Lat Pull Down, but if you can one day master body weight pull ups, that’s so much more impressive and will do more for your strength & physique. Plus everyone sits on their phone on the Lat Pull Down 😉

Choose a band so that you can complete sets of 10 reps. For the first set, aim to get to 10 reps still with perfect form with 3-4 reps in reserve (if you can’t, change to a stronger band to assist you more). Sets 2 and 3 you’ll be working harder, and only on the last few reps of set 3 you really want to be struggling. If this is you, perfect. You won’t be overtraining doing this, so in two days time you can come back in again and repeat. Follow this consistently and see your Pull Up improve. Progress to a lighter band as you get stronger, until one day you’re doing the real thing 💪

Get on the Assault Bike for Fitness Gains 😅. Aim to pedal at 50-60rpm, keep it constant and aim for 100 calories. Sounds simple, but it’s tougher than it sounds, especially if you’re pushing it. I love it because it’s easy to understand, honest, and you’ll be able to see improvement over time as you get faster. When you see progress that will spur you on to keep going long term, which is where the real benefit is 100%
