This Bootcamp is about Lifestyle Fitness...it does not mean we have the majic pill by turning up to boot camp, but we encourage the full package outside of boot camp by encouraging and proving nutrition information. Rikichet Fitness strives to better the lives of every member that comes to any of our locations/camps...This is not a yo yo boot camp but a camp which empoers you to not only get fit for life but inspire others to do the same...Lifestyle Fitness all!!

Giving up is easy…

But when you grow up & witness your parents feeding 7 kids while working multiple jobs, it stops you in your tracks !!

It makes you think twice about giving up on anything in life !!

If they can do it , while meeting all expenses ie schooling, activities , mortgage , food etc

What’s our excuse ?

That mentality we pass on to our kids, because giving up is easy…..
