A massive mihi to all our boxers, coaches, supporters, friends, whānau, volunteers, officials, and sponsors who have come together to support Dixon’s Boxing and help make this event possible.

We extend our sincere thanks to all of our sponsors whose generosity and belief in our vision have helped create an unforgettable night for our community and our rangatahi.

Tonight promises an action-packed evening showcasing the dedication, courage, and hard work of our athletes, while creating opportunities and positive pathways for local young people.

Tomorrow night’s Fight For Rangatahi is almost here!

VIP table passes will be available for collection tonight from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Dixon’s Boxing Gym, located at 384 Lower Queen Street, Richmond.

If you are unable to collect your passes during this time, please contact us so alternative arrangements can be made.

Please refer to the attached VIP seating map to help locate your table on arrival. VIP passes are colour-coded (Gold and Black) and display your allocated table number.

Important Notice – Boxing Classes Cancelled This Week

Due to preparations for our Fight for Rangatahi boxing event taking place this Saturday at the Motueka Recreation Centre, there will be no boxing classes this week.

The event will feature 16 corporate, amateur, and professional bouts, with 10 Dixon’s Boxing athletes representing our gym. As we make our final preparations and coordinate event logistics, our usual class times will be dedicated to supporting the team and ensuring everything is in place for fight night.

All classes will resume on 15 June.

If you’d like to support our boxers and enjoy an exciting night of live boxing on 13 June, tickets can be purchased using the link below.

Two tough Christchurch lads from Lopez Boxing Gym are making the trip north and stepping into the ring for an action-packed night of corporate boxing at Fight For Rangatahi! 👊💥

Sau Fenuki Pongi returns for his second Fight For Rangatahi appearance after an impressive win last year — and this time he’s facing none other than Lee Tepuia in what promises to be an absolute war in the heavyweight division!

If you know Lee, you know he’s all about the kaupapa. Usually he’s in the corner coaching and supporting others — but this year he’s stepping through the ropes himself and leading from the front! Massive respect for both men putting it on the line for a great cause. 🔥

⚡ SPEED VS SKILL ⚡
Kyle Ralfe and Jade Rauhihi are set to light the ring up in a technical showdown full of speed, movement, and sharp boxing skills. Expect fireworks from these two! 💨🥊

Jade isn’t just handy in the ring either — he’s a gifted all-round athlete and former standout rugby league player who grew up at the legendary Papanui Domain, home of the Papanui Tigers 🐯
