Reintroducing our team!

Meet Olly

Olly has been in the fitness industry for 25 years and he has developed a unique approach to exercise. His clients range from elite athletes to weekend warriors. He works with those who are fit and fully functional; and with those who are much less able and / or feeling a little ‘broken’. Regardless of which end of the spectrum you sit, Olly treats you as an individual. He teaches you to take control over your own health, function and / or performance.

Olly has set out to create an inspiring space for his members to enjoy. He is most proud of the team he has around him, who all put their heart and sole into making Natural Fit a place where members love to come.

It’s been hard to share any content with the recent devastation in our community. With that said, our hearts are with those families who have lost loved ones. Our greatest thanks are with all of the crews who have done the enormous effort to bring them home. And our community who has shown up in masses to show support never ceases to amaze us 🖤

It has been highlighted to us more than ever how much routine and movement are important for mental health. We understand how much Mauao means to the community and how much it’s a part of daily lives.

Sometimes you have to learn to adapt and find new. New ways to move. New routines. New mental health outlets.

Reintroducing our team!

Meet Brandon

Growing up in the Waikato meant rugby was part of life, after having to give up due to concussion I found Strength and Conditioning.

Passionate about helping others not only overcome physical challenges but mental ones as well. Exercise is what helped me get through some mental battles after ending my rugby career so I have a strong understanding of how exercise can help us with both brain and body.

I have worked with people from all walks of life; from professional/ semi-professional sports people to people who just want to grow and learn.

I love to learn with people as they learn from me, every day is an opportunity for someone to challenge me to grow as a coach and in turn help them grow as people.
