It's an away run (Yes, coffee!) starting at the TOP of Blue Mountains Road, then it's downhill all the way back to the Fig Tree Cafe, on delightful country roads.
Meet at Huia Pool at 8am for car pooling, or the Fig Tree Cafe in Upper Hutt at 8.30am

From the Fig Tree Cafe we'll shuttle bus to Whitemans Valley, run through the picturesque valley and Wallaceville.

Te Ara Tupua.....what a perfect day!

Pay attention, folks! For our away run on Sunday we are meeting at the Petone Wharf at 7.30am, (opposite the end of Victoria St), running along the Te Ara Tupua, catching the 9.30am ferry, then completing the loop around the harbour by running back from Days Bay. We will have earned a coffee by then!!! Out and back is also an option!

We're running out and back on the River Trail beside the Hutt River on Sunday. It's 17km to Taita Drive and 25km to Silverstream, but you can turn around whenever it suits you - no pressure!

What goes up must come down! Remember that as we suffer the Wainui Hill.....and then we hit the trails, some of which are downhill!
