Your usual lobbies and drop shots and a strong smell of deep beat in the last rounds. Wouldn’t have it any other way, congrats to Vance out mastering his Div taking home the win.

Island Bay Open 🦈
As always an awesome tournament by Mike and the team. Congratulations to Mo who filled in and won his Div 🙄

Becoming Co Women’s D2 & Below was held at Tawa at the beginning of the month and the final held at the end of the month at Upper Hutt. Congratulations Elaine winning her Div and Janice winning 5th overall. These series wouldn’t be possible without sponsors and the support of the hosting clubs, so thank to everyone working behind the scenes.

FUNdraiser Doubles!

Top 16 paired with the bottom 16, what could go wrong 🧐 there might be a few sporting some bruises, a fall here and there & an annoying screamer in the mix with a bit of yelling 🫢

For some it was their first doubles, while others are seasoned pros. Some great rallies, annoying reverse boasts and lots of blocking 😂 but most importantly lots of laughter throughout the day.
