This isn’t a “one size fits all” moment — this is your click moment.
It’s time to finally understand what works for your body — because no two bodies respond the same to fitness, weight loss, or muscle growth. We’re done following generic plans. We’re stepping into education, awareness, and self-accountability.
Together, we’ll explore how to train and fuel smarter through every age and stage — from high-hormone teenage years, navigating the menstrual cycle, through to menopause for women and andropause for men (yes, it’s real).
You’ll learn how to:
• Manipulate your training & nutrition based on your current hormonal phase
• Maximise results without burning out
• Work WITH your body, not against it
• Build strength, confidence & longevity — your way
This is not a shred. Not a challenge.
It’s your GLOW UP ERA — where you train smarter, not harder.
Please have Registrations in before mid day Friday (tomorrow) so we know how many packs we are putting together.
Seminar 9.00am Sunday 2nd November where will deep dive to explain what’s in your packs. Bring a pen (in case we run out) and a note pad if you want.
Over the 4 weeks we will give you the tools for success, to set those long term habits to get the most out of your body without the exhaustion or race to the finish line.
The goal is after 4 weeks, you will realise it’s not a chore, it’s not hours of hard work and sweat, and you will understand how your body responds, adapts and recovers. Next thing you know you get results that last!
