Hamilton is putting on an absolute freeze this morning! 🥶❄️ So in case you were wondering why we delay start on frosty mornings, here’s why:

Walking on frosty greens literally shatters the grass from the inside out!

Grass is mostly water, so when it freezes, tiny ice crystals form inside the leaves. Stepping on them acts like a hammer on glass, shattering the cell walls and leaving dead footprint scars weeks later.

Grab a coffee, warm up, and give the sun a little time to work its magic 🙌☀️🏌️‍♂️
