This is a knee friendly, movement to music class.
The aim is to keep moving and keep socializing through the winter.
Suitable for most levels of ability with the option to add skips, jumps, hops or keep it low/no impact.
No weights, no equipment, just moving your body to some great tunes.

Cost - $10 ($7 seniors)
Pay on the day - no need to pay in advance.

Winter movement....
When Aqua finishes dont go into Winter hibernation!

If there is enough interest, I will again run a Winter Movement To Music class on Saturday mornings (venue to be confirmed)
The class has something for almost everyone. Its a standing class (no floor work) and has multiple options to make the movements harder/gentler.

I would love to guage interest so if you're keen for this class please message me or comment on this post.
