Awesome to get the win on Lukes record breaking match in the presence of the Master. After being down at the break the boys showed huge ticker in tough conditions to bank the 5 important points. Club day next weekend the lads will soak this up and work hard to take on top of the table Wyndham.

Big congratulations to Luke (MUDZ) this Saturday who will aim to bring up his 229th cap passing one of the club greats Matt Medleys record of 228. Huge effort mate with a lot of special memories along the way. The boys will look after you this week and will celebrate after a hard game on Saturday vs Waikiwi.

A true top 4 clash today at Riverton on their club day. Congratulations to them on another win which their supporters sure were happy about. Great to see Division 1 rugby with packed sidelines each week. There will be some sore bodies on both sides with that being the most physical contest of the year to date.

We will move on and look forward to heading to Donovan Park next Saturday to play a Waikiwi side who are also huge contenders for a top 4 birth going into the business end of the year.

Huge day in Western Southland tomorrow as Riverton are hosting the Magpies on their Club day. After the first encounter went down to the last play the boys have had time to re group and look forward to this one on the calendar.

Let’s pack the sideline with black and white and keep the momentum going. A few rep players are scattered throughout each team so this game will no doubt be a game not to be missed.
